Last year I boarded 47 airplanes. Many of those flights took me to parts of the country I would not have found on my own and I consider it a gift. I often say that I love making photographs, but more importantly I love that it allows me to meet extraordinary people—Aleta is one of them. Unfortunately, like so many other people, she got caught with unfavorable terms in her mortgage and is going to have to move, but yet is incredibly positive.
